An Astounding Trip to Aurangabad

My father retired last month and he did not want to have a lavish sendoff which we were actually planning. He suggested me to plan a religious trip where we can spend some time peacefully. I discussed this plan with my family members and everyone was happy with his suggestion. So, it was decided that we were going to visit religious places. My extended family was also going to join us along with my siblings.

I and my husband were going to manage the bookings and arrangements but due to some urgent work, he got busy and I had to take all the responsibility. As this was not a pre-planned travel, I was just hoping to get some bookings. I checked on the internet for the availability of tickets from Nizamabad to Aurangabad with a roadway as a backup plan. To my good luck, the tickets were available and I booked them without wasting a single minute.

Aurangabad has a rich history. Along with religious places, many other tourists’ attractions can also be covered in a single visit. We had basically planned to visit Ghrishneshwar temple, BhadraMaruti, and Hazur Sahib Nanded. To make the trip exciting for the children, we decided to cover the surrounding major attractions like the Ajanta and Ellora Caves, Bibi Ka Maqbara, Daulatabad Fort, etc.

Traveling To Aurangabad:

Traveling is exciting when you travel with a huge group. Although I had booked the tickets in the Second Seating everyone was happy for the trip as we at least had some reserved seats. I had booked the tickets in the TptyAwb Special (07410) train. This train commences its journey from Tirupati at 9 am. It reaches Aurangabad Railway Station at around 8:10 am next day.

We boarded the train from the Nizamabad station at around 1:15 am. It was an overnight journey and we reached the Aurangabad station as per the planned schedule. The seats were comfy and we had a comfortable journey.

My Budget Stay at Hotel Grand Kailash, Aurangabad:   

I had pre-booked our rooms in this 3-star property. This hotel was located near the Automotive and HP petrol pump on the Airport Road. The hotel offered 40 well-appointed rooms. WE had booked 5 Premium rooms for our stay. The well-furnished rooms featured Wi-Fi and other modern conveniences. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast as well.

After an express check-in, we were handed over with the room keys. All our booked rooms were spacious and had elegant décor. Essential furnishings were available in the air conditioned rooms. The hotel staff offered excellent hospitality and provided all the services gracefully. All the contemporary comforts were available in the room so as to make our stay comfortable and relaxing.
